The special thing about this farming is that it costs the farmers very little.
On August 15, Prime Minister Modi delivered a speech saying that farmers of our country should use at least chemicals and pesticides. At the same time, he told them that natural equipment should be increased.
The main objective of the government-initiated PKVY scheme is to provide financial support to the country's farmers. In the PKVY scheme, the government will provide financial assistance of Rs 50,000 per hectare to the farmers for 3 years.
Apart from this, the government will also provide financial assistance of Rs 31,000 for the farmers to buy organic fertilizers, biological pesticides such as drugs and tools for farming. At that time, private agencies under Swallow Health Management are receiving up to 33 per cent financial support from NABARD at the limit of Rs 63 lakh per unit.
In addition to this, farmers working under the Mission Organic Value Chain Development for the North Eastern Region are also getting Rs.7500 per hectare for procurement. To avail the scheme of the government, farmers have to obtain organic farming certificate. Farmers have to apply for this. 19 agencies have been approved by the government to receive this certificate.
The farmer will have to make a certificate from these agencies. Which has been recognized by the government. Along with this, biological materials will be required for all the work, including soil, fertilizers, seeds, water, pesticides, packing before certification. At the same time you also have to keep a record of the stored material. The record will be scrutinized by the government. The farmers will then be given a certificate from the government.
